Subject: [PATCH] fix(web): Fix mobile header padding and narrow-viewport table
 overflow

Restore vh-based top padding on the app bar at <=640px (previously
overridden by a fixed value), and collapse secondary-language prayer
name alternatives at <=480px so times never scroll off-screen.
