abdus 4b78236a01 fix(ci): Match scoped conventional-commit prefixes in changelog script 
The type regex only matched "type: ", so scoped commits like
"fix(web): ..." all fell into the catch-all Other section instead of
their proper one.

abdus 2183976b85 ci: Add multi-arch Docker build/publish and tagged release workflow 
Build and push linux/amd64 + linux/arm64 images to GHCR on every push
to master and on v* tags. On v* tags, also generate a changelog from
conventional commits and create a GitHub release.
